Join us for a beer tasting at Mercersburg Inn and discover that tastings and fine dining pairings are not for wine lovers only!For this summer's beer tasting event, we are highlighting the German Craft Beers from a local Pennyslvania microbrewery, Roy Pitz Brewery.Our chef, Dan Nowalk, visited the brewery and sampled the beers with the brewmaster. He has created a 5-course chef's dinners for this summer, pairing the beers with his food creations. Taste and discover how a pale ale or a dark smokey brew can enhance a fine dining experience when paired with a complementary food. These will be all freshly brewed beers taken earlier in the day from the taps of the brewmaster. At 7 pm, we will start with a beer sampling social hour in our Tile Room bar. This will be followed at 8pm by a group dinner with the beer pairing.
