Deposits: We require a deposit by
check or credit card equal to one night’s room rate. Credit card
deposits are processed immediately. We will hold your reservation
for seven days awaiting receipt of a deposit check. We will send
confirmation upon receipt of deposit.
Check-in: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Please
make prior arrangements with the innkeeper if you are unable to
comply with this schedule.)
Checkout: 11 a.m. (Please make
prior arrangements with the innkeeper if you are unable to comply
with this schedule.)
Cancellations: A deposit, less a
$25 cancellation fee, will be returned if the inn is notified at
least seven days prior to the reservation date. Certain weekends
(including Alumni Weekend, Parents’ Weekends, Academy Graduations,
Valentine’s Day, and New Year’s) and group bookings (three or more
rooms) require at least a 30-day cancellation notice.
Guest policy: We are sorry, but we
are unable to accommodate pets and children under the age of 7.
Smoking policy: Smoking is allowed
only on the outside porches. We charge a $200 cleaning fee if a
guest smokes in a guest room.
