Mark and his humorous, non-snobby approach to wine will lead us thorough a wine education and tasting weekend. He will join with our chef Dan Nowalk, a charter member of the Pennsylvania Culinary Society, to delight us with food and wine.

All meals will include wine pairings chosen by Mark with a discussion of the wines chosen.
