International Food & Wine Weekend

Join us for the ultimate fine wine and dining event with John Peters. He has over 27 years of experience in the wine industry and will host our educational session and wine tasting, featuring six wines. He will then partner with our chef, Dan Nowalk, to delight us with a five-course dinner, each course paired with a wine specially selected by John. The theme of this upcoming wine tasting weekend is “International,” so you can enjoy various foods and wines from all over the world!

French Cooking Classes
September 21-23 & November 16-18
These culinary weekends will provide unforgettable experiences and skills that will last a lifetime! The weekend includes two hands-on cooking classes and, of course, the fabulous meals for you to enjoy as a result. These aren’t like your typical classes; you will be fully involved preparing one course of the lunch. Chef Francois Dionot, founder and director of L’Academie de Cuisine, will be teaching each course. He has over 30 years of experience cooking all over the world from Switzerland and France to D.C. and New York. Don’t worry, we won’t make you do all the work! In addition to our gourmet breakfast included each morning, there is an optional 5-course chef’s dinner on Friday night. The delicacies at this elegant gala event will be prepared by Dan Nowalk, the Inn’s Chef de Cuisine.
