We had an amazing French Cooking Class on September 13-15th, 2019.  It was really a fun weekend of various delicious French meals and great adventure with Chef Francois Dionot and wonderful participants.

Easter Dinner in 2019

The Mercersburg Inn offered a truly traditional Easter dinner. Chef de Cuisine Dan Nowalk cooked a delicious meal for the most discerning palate. This meal included the following: -Lentil Soup with Smoked Sausage OR Caesar Salad -Baked Virginia Country Ham with Sweet Potato Puree and Haricots Verts -Dessert Selection

Our Baker’s Last Wedding Cake

Marcel O. Wenker who has been baking wedding cake for many years retired today, on March 23rd, 2019. This is his last wedding cake.  Marcel did a great job all the time and greatly helped our Inn business.  Thank you, Marcel.
